smart tunnel 能不能改做Venice ？

*这几天下午时段都会下雨，假如可以大家就不要进城了，看见犹如黄河泛滥的骇景还真让人心悸，精明隧道花了20亿，还是难逃一雨成灾的宿命。。


*KL连续两天出现严重水灾，都不见有任何官员或市长出来解释水灾原因，也不见报章大事报导。如果水灾是发生在槟城，国阵会那么平静吗？身为人民，我们有权利要当局解释为什么精明隧道为何在关键时刻不精明？

Though there was flood in KL in 2 consecutive days, i didn't see any officer or Datuk Bandar explain the cause of it, nor i can see any wide publicity of the news in mainstream media. If this were happen in Penang, i believe BN wouldn't be so quite. As the citizen, we have right to request the authority explain why Smart Tunner did not work "smart" in critical moment?
